About Spots
Spots (spots.ng) is a directory run by Basil Hub Ltd ("we", "us"), registered with the CAC in Nigeria and based in Abuja. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Spots is
Spots gives information about restaurants, bars, lounges, cafes and similar spots. We do not own, run or speak for the spots. Anything you arrange with a spot is between you and the spot.
Accuracy
Prices, menus, opening hours and contact details change. We try to keep them right and show when they were last checked, but we cannot guarantee them. Please confirm with the spot before you go.
Your account
You sign in with Google or an email code. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at hello@spots.ng if you think it has been misused. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Acceptable use
Do not copy or scrape the site in bulk, overload it, try to guess sign-in codes or get around limits, interfere with its security, pretend to be someone else, use group votes to harass or spam people, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Group votes
Anyone with a vote link can vote, and you choose who you share it with. Do not use titles or names that are abusive or unlawful. We may remove votes that break these terms. Votes are deleted 7 days after they close, as the privacy policy explains.
Content and ownership
The design, text and code of Spots belong to us or our licensors. Photos, names and menus belong to the spots or their owners and are shown to help people find them. You may use Spots for personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish or resell our content without our written permission.
If you own or run a spot and want something corrected or removed, write to hello@spots.ng.
Other websites
We link to spots' websites, Instagram, WhatsApp, maps and Google. We are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
Spots is provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, and may close accounts that break these terms.
Our responsibility
As far as Nigerian law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on information on the site (for example a spot's changed price or hours) or by the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Using Spots after a change means you accept it.
